Nanosensors are self-propagating microstructures, including nanowire-based sensors that detect radiation damage.

These nanosensors are placed in blood cells. Also, the on-chip laboratory (LOC) and Bio is a device that consists of one or more laboratory operators  on a chip measuring several millimeters or square centimeters and deals with very small volumes of fluids. It can give us a lot of information  from a sample. These sensors are able to detect a wide range of chemical vapors. When the molecular bond between the decomposed gas and the nanowires made   of semiconductor materials, such as zinc oxide (ZnO), is formed, the conductivity of the wire changes. The amount of change in nanowire conductivity depends on the degree to which the molecule binds  to the nanowire surface. For example, nitrogen dioxide gas reduces the conductivity of nanowires and increases the conductivity of carbon monoxide  .

Bio Sensors (Applied Nano-Sensors for Environmental Detection)

These types of Bio (environmental detection) sensors can often be used to detect bacteria or viruses. First, carbon nanotubes are functionalized by antibody binding. When a  bacterium or virus binds to an antibody, the conductance of the nanotube changes. In another method, the nanotube is attached to the metal and a voltage passes through it  When a bacterium or virus binds to a nanotube, the current changes and a signal is generated. This is a quick way to detect bacteria.

Research Conclusion)  Performance of Semiconductor Nanowires for (Determination of Elements) and LOC / Bio Nanosensors

The device's semiconductor nanowires are used to develop LOC / Bio sensors that can detect a molecule. In these sensors, when the molecule is decomposed on the  oscillator (cantilever) of the pliers, the resonant frequency of the cantilever is changed. Coating the contour with receptor molecules  such as antibodies that can bind specifically to bacteria, viruses or some biomolecules; Increases system efficiency  Cantilevers are spring platforms in nano and micro sizes and operate based on platform deflection or resonant frequency change at the cantilever surface  .
