( ASIC integrated circuits) and  (DTL logic) structure and function

Note: DTL logic family was presented to improve performance and modify RTL circuits in ASIC integrated circuits)  based on electronic circuit design. As can be seen from the abbreviation of the name of this family, BJT diodes and transistors are used in the design of the DTL logic family.
Building digital components based on DTL logic  ( ASIC integrated circuits)  is important for understanding the organization and design of computers. Familiarity with the types of parts and components used in integrated circuits is important. For this reason, the main components have been described along with their logical properties. These components provide a set of digital operational units that are used as basic building blocks in the design of digital computers. 



Diode-Transistor Logic or  TL  refers to the technology of designing and manufacturing digital circuits in which logic gates   use  (ASIC integrated circuits)DTL has a better noise margin and more fan output than RTL,  but suffers from slow speed, especially compared to TTL. RTL makes NOR gates easily, but making NAND gates from RTL is relatively more difficult. 


However, DTL allows the construction of simple NAND gates for  ( ASIC integrated circuits) with the help of several diodes and resistors. The DTL logic family was proposed to improve performance and modify RTL circuits in circuits  ASIC integrated circuits)  or DTL based on electronic circuit design. As can be seen from the abbreviation of the name of this family, logic and logic gates are used in the design of the DTL logic family.
