Note: Nanotransistors are made of nanowires (NWs)   that allow transistors to be scaled to the nanoscale. But going down to the nanoscale can actually make the nano transistor difficult. 

The most popular semiconductor material for making field effect nanotransistors is Nano FET nanowires (NWs). Nanowires ( NWS) alone cannot control the movement of electrons, so impurities must normally be present in a process called doping Add with boron, phosphorus, selenium or germanium.  When the nano wire is doped, the motion of the electrons can also be converted and allow the electron current to be turned on  or   off  (electron flow stop), using the voltage between the nanowires (NWs)  on   and off.   Turns off.



These Nano FET field effect nanotransistors consist of several main parts: gate, channel source, discharge and body. The body is typically assembled and made of semiconductor materials such as NWs nanowires to facilitate the flow of electrons. Electrons flow through the channel into the discharge, which is controlled by a gate. By applying voltage, we can block the channel and stream electrons   into field-effect nanotransistors or (Nano Fet) nanowires (NWs).  Turn it on  and   off .
