Note: The construction of nanosensors based on nanoelectronics in medical and biological research has also undergone a huge change and the technology of making biosensors and the knowledge of nanometer production of these devices has expanded day by day. These sensors are called optical fibers in their structure (optical sensors) and are divided into two categories: chemical and biological.
In the manufacture of bio-sensors for medical and biological nanosensors, depending on whether we want to use this sensor to decompose intracellular species, intercellular biological fluid or blood, the dimensions of the sensor tip, the angle of conical tip and the degree of softness The coating on the fiber will be different. To prepare this fiber as a sensor tip, we can use devices used to stretch optical fibers. This device uses a carbon dioxide laser to heat the fiber and a device to stretch the fiber in the direction of its main axis. Researchers have succeeded in making tips for biosensors that range in diameter from 01 to 511 nanometers by changing the temperature and the amount of tensile force applied to the fiber . This technique has a high speed (about 3 seconds) and a relatively simple production process.
These types of sensors were named (nanobiosensors - biosensors) due to their nanometer size and their application in environmental environments. Biosensors are very small electrodes in nanometer size and cellular dimensions that have become sensitive to the detection of chemical or biological species in cells by fixing certain enzymes on their surface . These sensors are used to detect and quantify species in biological systems. This technique is a very useful way to detect the passage of certain molecules through a cell wall or membrane.
Note: The most famous example of a nanosensor used in medicine is cadmium selenide (CdSe). This compound works to detect cancerous tumors using fluorescence properties.
The sensor probe made in this way can be inserted into the cell membrane without damaging it and can be used for biomolecular and clinical studies. In general, a biosensor nanosensor assembly consists of a bioreceptor molecule such as DNA or an antibody that is attached to a very thin fiber. This set can be used as a probe to insert a specific species into the cell and to decompose the species inside the cell using conventional ammetric methods.
