Researcher and author: Dr. ( Afshin Rashid)
Note: Cobalt nanowires with a diameter of about 93 nm are made by electroaccumulation technique on aluminum nanowires using galvanostatic accumulation method. Aluminum mold is made by multi-stage pure aluminum sheet monodizing.
Construction array of nanowires of cobalt vertically aligned on flat surfaces as well as the propagated field (FE) using them as cathode electron used these arrays using Alktrvdyng in the form of nano particles on substrates Au / Ti / Si are obtained at very low temperatures (<100 ° C). After removing the pattern, the arrays consist of structurally standing nanowires with high aspect ratios, uniform dimensions, and predetermined density. Electron field emission measurements perform the metallic properties and amplification of cobalt nanowires.
In amplification, cobalt oxide nanotubes are synthesized by calculating cobalt nanowires embedded in alumina pattern in air. The morphology and stages of nanowires / nanotubes are examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The electronic reaction of cobalt nanowires between oxidation and evaporation of cobalt nanocrystals is involved in the formation of such tubular nanostructures.
Conclusion :
Cobalt nanowires with a diameter of about 93 nm are fabricated by electro-deposition technique on aluminum nanowires using galvanostatic accumulation method. Aluminum mold is made by multi-stage pure aluminum sheet monodizing.
