Performance ( Fullerin  and  Fullerit  ) in the structure of CNT carbon nanotubes (based on nano-microelectronics PHD) (educational-research doctorate)

Note:  Fullerens are carbon structures. Folerins are divided into two general categories: bucky bullets and  nanotubes. Fleurins have a graphite-like structure, but instead of  hexagons, they sometimes have five or seven hexagons that  form a sheet in the shape of a sphere, oval, or cylinder  Carbon nanotubes are widely used in nanotechnology due to  their amazing physical and electrical properties  .

In the structure of carbon nanotubes, the simplest image that can be obtained of fullerene is a spherical structure of carbon  The carbon atoms on it form pentagons and hexagons, like pieces  of a soccer ball. Carbon is significant for many reasons. One of its various forms is the world 's softest material  , graphite, which has a hardness of about 3.5, and the other is diamond, one of the hardest natural materials  with a hardness of 13. In addition to this carbon, there is a great desire to bond with other small  atoms, including atoms. It has other carbon and its very small size allows for multiple connections  These properties have formed about 13 million ionic compounds  Korean structures  are also called ball bucky balls and elliptical shapes They form a cylindrical shape due to their small diameter (about a few  nanometers).

Florins are large clusters of carbon atoms in the form of a cage that have certain characteristics that have never been found in any other compound. Fleurins have many strange structures, including regular spherical, conical, tubular, as well as other complex and bizarre shapes,  the most important of which  are bucky bullets, nanotubes, and nanotubes. Nanoparticles are a type of nanotube that has placed bucky bullets in its structure following a defect. And that's why they're called nano-sprouts. Bucky bullets are like sprouts on nanotubes. Peapod is a type of nanotube that, after a defect, has its own buckled bullet structure. The nanotubes are called Peapod, and bucky pellet-like pellets are housed inside the pea shell of the nanotube. This group is one of the latest in a series of carbon nanotube carbon structures.

Conclusion:

Nanotubes,  carbon allotrope form (structure) which carbon  molecules that are either open or closed-end cylindrical baht amazing properties of  their motivation for applying nanotechnology, electrical, optical suited. They are bactericidal fullerenes , abbreviated to fullerenes or  bucky buckballs  And in the structure of nanotubes there are hard forms.
