MEMS multi-purpose nano-systems and microelectronic integrated circuits (based  on  nano-micro-electronics PHD)

Note: Micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), the assembly of mechanical elements, sensors, actuators and electronic devices on a silicon base by the technology of manufacturing in the form of microstructures in the form of microelectronics (IC) for the use of microstructures. (Like the component process), "BICMOS, Bipolar, CMOS Micro-Mechanical Construction" for use in micro-machining processes. And electromechanical uses are made.

MEMS notes that the new revolution in the field of integrated silicon manufacturing products, which is not based on microelectronic technology and micro-machines, is in order to make the full realization of "systems in one chip" possible. MEMS is a technology that allows the development of smart products  , completing the computational ability of microelectrons by  considering the capabilities of micro-sensors and micro-drives and developing the space of possible design and use. Micro-electronic integrated circuits can be thought of as the brain of a system, and MEMS enhances this decision-making capability with visual and interdisciplinary capabilities to allow micro-systems to measure the environment by mechanical, temperature, and biological chemical measurements  . They collect light and magnetism. Electronics then information taken from sensors and Through some decisions,  it commands the arms to be  shown by moving, stabilizing, adjusting, pumping, and filtering As a result, the control of the environment is done for the desired demands  Because MEMS tools are built to be used in group-building practices  such as integrated complex  management, serious levels of performance, reliability, and skill can be achieved on a  small silicone lathe at a relatively low  cost.


Combination, design and optimization processes are in fact evolutionary to natural specimens  At each level of the design hierarchy, the efficiency of the  system is used in the realm of its behavior to evaluate, optimize, and  correct the optimization and composition process to find serious  solutions. ICs must  use MEMS performance characteristics such as control devices and  electromechanical structures based on electromagnetism , input-output channels, analog-to-digital-to-digital and digital-to-digital  conversions,  and so on. MEMS will eventually shrink. Movable motors  smaller than hair diameter, but MEMS technology  basically "doesn't talk about sizes". MEMS It is usually made by silicone technology because silicon has good properties that make it  an excellent choice for high- level mechanical applications  , for example the strength-to- weight ratio of  silicon is much higher than many other engineering standards  It makes it possible to access high-bandwidth mechanical devices  

Conclusion :

Deep innovation and far-sighted MEMS is a   new manufacturing technology and a way to build  complex electromechanical systems used in integrated construction techniques  , such as those  used for integrated circuits (ICs), and  ultimately to collect these electromechanical elements. With the help  of nanoscience, micro-electronics are possible.
