Note: Nano-wire nano-wires have a structure that has an amazing length-to-width ratio . Nano-wires are very thin - it is possible to make a single-nanometer-diameter nanowires , using nano-wires to create the smallest transistors (nano-transistors).
Nano wire nano wire can have insulating, semiconductor or metal properties . Insulators do not withstand electric charges, while metals have very good electric charges. The semiconductors are located between the two and are charged under the right conditions. By placing semiconductor wires in the appropriate configuration, transistors can be built that either act as switches or amplifiers . Some interesting and anti-flexible properties of nanowires are due to their small scale.
Some of the nanowires conducting ballistic are . In normal conductors, electrons collide with atoms in the conductive material. This causes the electrons to slow down as they move, creating heat as a by-product. In ballistic conductors, electrons can pass through conductors without collisions. Nanofibers can conduct electricity efficiently without generating extreme heat. By reducing the bulk volume by the size of the nanoparticles, its melting point decreases, because when you reduce each particle to the nanoscale, there is a significant increase in the surface-to-volume ratio. In the manufacture and reproduction of nanowires, the approach from top to bottom and the approach from bottom to top . A top-down approach literally means that you consume a lot of the ingredients you want to use for nanowires and engrave until you reach the right size. An bottom-up approach is an assembly process that involves smaller particles for a larger structure.
Conclusion :
Nano-wires are used to create nano-transistors . And the increase in nano-wire resistance is directly related to the efficiency and durability of more nano-transistors. And nanoparticle transistors perform better than current graphene nanoparticles.
