Note: Depending on the type of folding graphene sheet, the nanotubes are divided into three groups. If (mn) is an integer multiple of 3, then the nanotube is metal. Otherwise it is semiconductor. Depending on the number of intertwined nanotube plates are divided into two classes SW and MW.

Single-walled carbon nanotube thin-wall transistors (SWNTs) have  access to modern physical phenomena and high carrier mobility as well as being the highest carrier saturation rate among all known materials. A two-dimensional structure and a hexagonal network of carbon atoms covalently bonded together. The use of parallel and ordered arrays  (SWNTs) is a  remarkable feature of its high flexibility. Both firmness and softness are well visible in this amazing material  .

Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) are one of the most important and widely used carbon structures that have unique properties and properties  Carbon nanotubes have great flexibility and flexibility. One of  their applications is composite. The most important property of nanotubes is their electrical conductivity, which varies depending on the order of the atoms  They are cylindrical molecules with open or closed ends. The structure of the nanotubes is like a roll of graphite. Consider the nanotube structure of a graphite layer. Atoms in a row with (m, n) representing the coordinates There's a dot on the page, we locate. So that the coordinates of n are related to the column of atoms and the coordinates of m are to the rows of atoms. As we know, to make a tube from one plate, just place one point on the other. A nanotube is like a  graphite plate that is shaped like a tube. Depending on how the two ends of the graphite plate are interconnected, we will have different types of  nanotubes.

These tubes are called single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) because they are several nanometers in diameter. That is, we have obtained a tube by connecting the dots of a graphite plate to the diameter of its interior space (a few billionths of a meter).

Conclusion   Thin layer transistors:

In the structure of thin-walled transistors based on single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs),  one of the important mechanical properties of materials is the material strength, which can be measured by methods. The simulation method is one  of these ways that involves several molecular dynamics methods, finite element, and so on. Nanotubes are also used to form nano-transistors. Of  this material can be used as reinforcement in nano-electric devices.
