_ Understanding ( Micro BGA ICs) or (Micro Ball Base)
Review and analysis (Micro BGA _ Micro Ball Base ) of DSBGA type (a type of Micro BGA _ mostly charging IC)
Researcher and Author: Dr. ( Afshin Rashid)
Note: The usage and operating speed of the charging IC depends on the received PWM frequency.
The charging IC is one of the most important parts in an electronic circuit (charging - power supply). This component plays a role in the process of supplying and transferring voltage, and its failure will lead to serious damage to the circuit. The charging IC is an extremely delicate, vulnerable and sensitive component that is highly susceptible to damage and failure due to its connection to electric current. On the other hand, the operation of this component is such that if a problem occurs, it will also affect other parts of the device. If this IC is damaged or a cold solder condition occurs in its bases, each of the aforementioned parts will have a problem and problems will arise in the overall operation of the circuit.
When the device charges slowly or does not charge at all, the problem may be with the charging circuit or charging IC.
Uses of (ic charge) in electronic circuits
This IC is a complement to the power IC. Most of the reasons for the failure of this IC are continuous and excessive operation in all user interface devices, for example: power bank; mobile; laptop and all devices that require charging. The type of this IC is ball base or BGA.
